Fleischmann is in his 4th term representing the 3rd district of Tennessee, centered around Chattanooga. He sits on the Appropriations Committee and holds a lamentable 63% legislative score, lowest among Tennessee Republicans. Fleischmann’s record was even lower in previous years, so he’s headed in the right direction, but his fondness for earmarks, unfunded disaster bailouts, and budget compromises make him the classic RINO. The 3rd can do better. A lot better.
