Cramer is in his 3rd term representing the state’s at-large district. He is giving up his seat to run for Senate, and currently serves on the Energy and Commerce committees. For a conservative state, Cramer is a dismal disappointment, with a legislative score of 48.6% in the current Congress. Six times out of ten, he votes with Nancy Pelosi for earmarks, pork, unfunded disaster relief – and against balanced, conservative budgets. Running against a Democrat for Senate, it will be hard to tell them apart.
